The operations director controls our Task Force who in turn manage the ground security guards providing safety and peace of mind to our clients. The operations director's job is to liaise with management about security assessments on site . This is a continuous task. Site security and business security is never the same. Different scenarios happen on a day to day basis, breaches occur, intruders come into site from the most vulnerable and often the most unexpected places and therefore management will receive on-site security instructions from our operations centre. Maybe, an extra camera is required or a PIR sensor, maybe the hole in the fence needs filling in which has been damaged by a intruder.
